Varentus provides AI governance tooling, policy workflows, and compliance guidance. The service is provided for informational and operational support purposes only.

Varentus is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Compliance outputs are guidance tools, not legal determinations or guarantees.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Varentus to violate law, infringe rights, or interfere with service availability or security.
6. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and payment method updates are managed through your billing settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varentus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
